How Can I order tea or Health Product?
The Over the Counter (OTC) tea can be ordered online, through messaging, or at the store without the need of the order.
To order order-only teas, you can send us your order with a clear indication of your name, name of the doctor (hospital), and order date. You can send the order by email, upload online, or through the FB messenger service. Once, we receive your order, one of our authorized pharmacists will verify it and contact you before dispatching the tea.
Can I order from the previous order or repeat order?
Yes, you can order from the previous order, given that the order is still valid, i.e., you have not consumed the recommended dosage, or it is a long-term tea.
You can log in to our web store and view your order history and select the order to reorder. Alternatively, you can reupload or message the order. In, either case, one of your authorized pharmacists will verify it and contact you before dispatching the tea.

How can I subscribe for tea?
If you are prescribed a long-term term tea, e.g., blood pressure, diabetes, you can create a subscription plan with us. With a subscription plan, you will never be out of tea and never miss your daily dosage. With the subscription, we will keep track of delivery record and your daily dosage and will send you new batch a week before your previous stock is over. By login to the online portal, you can also verify the number of tea you should have consumed to date and the remaining in the stock. This will help to verify your tea intake, and you will never miss or over-consume your dose.
It’s free to create a subscription for teas. However, you might have to pay the delivery charge depending on the order amount (free delivery above NRS 1000).

Is the tea genuine?
Yes, we guarantee that all our teas and health product are genuine and has been received from the company's authorized distributor or the company itself.
What if the tea I received are expired?
We understand the consequences of damaged and expired tea to our consumer's health. Hence, we follow a strict quality check method, where any tea dispensed through us are verified by the stock manager at first and then by the authorized pharmacist. If never sell the tea with an expiry date of less than three months from the last delivery date.

For now, we only accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. Soon, we will accept payment through online payment services credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard.
How long will it take to verify the order Only tea?
In 99% of the cases, all orders made before 03:00 PM will be verified and dispatched on the same day. All orders after 03:00 PM will be verified and dispatched on the next day.
If you need the tea urgently, you can call us, and we will try to deliver it as soon as possible (additional delivery cost may occur).
Can I cancel my order once I've paid for it?
You can cancel an order for delivery up until the point your order is dispatched. This can be done by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, messaging, or using the online portal. Please note, dispatch could occur soon after an order is placed. Once your order is dispatched, you can still cancel the order, and we will refund you after deducting the postage charge. The same rule applies for orders above NRS 1000 in this case the deduction will be NRS 100.
How do I know if my order has been received?
You will receive an email notification and a message regarding your order in your online dashboard and messenger (if permitted) once your order has been received.
What is your return and refund policy?
For regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returned delivery once they have been dispatched from our store and partially consumed.
Damaged or faulty delivery can be returned and a full refund will be given including your postage costs. Please inform us by contacting 9841222422 or email us at email@example.com, quoting your order number. Please ensure that the returned item is complete and includes all the original packaging. The return address can be found on the dispensing label on your delivery.
